Global Exhibition | Ulica Solar at GENERA Madrid with the New 182R Rectangular 610W Module Time:2024-03-28

GENERA 2024 will be held in Madrid, Spain from 6 February to 8 February. GENERA is one of the most important exhibitions for the energy industry in Europe, attracting renowned companies and professionals from all over the world.

With the growing global demand for clean energy, we have been committed to promoting the development and innovation of photovoltaic technology.

During this exhibition, Ulica will proudly present its 182R rectangular chip series 610W modules.

Under the main theme of "cost reduction and efficiency", large size, high power and N-type have become a definite trend, and the PV industry is accelerating towards high power modules.

While actively exploring N-type and other high-efficiency cell technologies, Ulica breaks the shackles of square silicon wafers and launches the new product "Rectangular wafer" module, which becomes a major path to reduce cost and increase efficiency for medium-sized modules, especially 182-sized products, and realises further breakthroughs in module power.

Welcome to visit Ulica at booth 10A22.

Introduction of 182R Rectangular 610W modules

1. Extreme process:

Ulica modules adopt the original non-cutting half right-angle cell technology, no cell cutting process, the production process is more simplified, which greatly reduces the cell fragmentation rate and hidden crack risk caused by cell cutting in half at the module end, and improves the reliability and life of the modules.

2. High power:

Ulica's 610W 182N (182mmx191.6mm) rectangular cell module, compared to the 182mmx182mm cell size, the rectangular cell increases the area, which helps the module to achieve a maximum power increase of 40W and a maximum efficiency improvement of 0.3%; in addition to this, Ulica's modules have a better double-sidedness, a better low-light performance and a lower attenuation.

3. High compatibility:

Rectangular slice module system compatibility is better, more flexible in installation and layout, whether it is the roof, the ground or the building façade, can be better adapted to different installation environments and system requirements, easy to cope with a variety of application scenarios, and more flexible in the adaption of the inverter, power optimiser.

4. Low cost:

The size and shape of rectangular sheet modules are designed to make them more convenient and efficient during transport and installation. In terms of size, Ulica modules are in line with the mainstream of the industry, which improves container utilisation and reduces transport costs. At the same time, the installation process of rectangular sheet assemblies is relatively simple, reducing installation time and labour costs.
